SUPER POWERS: mutant ability to project intense light, either in a focused laser beam or a wider field of light.
ORIGIN: Unknown.
HISTORY: Melissa was raised as the daughter of GHI member Prism (Janice Alexander-Fong) and her husband Ben, following her retirement from Galaxy Heroes. Prism was pulled into active service again when Ben was murdered by the Destroyers (while Melissa and her brother Aaron were in the same car). Several years in the future, Melissa adopted the guise of Prism II and joined Galaxy Heroes. The reasons why he changed his last name to Collins have not been revealed.
